The above JPG is the source of the picture. It is a small file (and a bit soft) because it is a small portion of a1.3 megapixel original picture.

The picture was taken as Vera argued with a Portlander at a budget meeting about 2 years ago.

There are several types of places that can print this. Prices vary WIDELY, so shop around:
